APL Tree of Lights ceremony

This annual ceremony provides a meaningful way to honor and remember loved ones, animal or human, who have left a lasting impact on our lives. The centerpiece of the evening is the heartwarming tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m followed by a poetry reading and a chance for the public to share their personal memories. For each $5 donation a small, white light will adorn the Tree of Lights and serve as a beautiful tribute. Lights can be purchased online at https://www.apl-shelter.org/tree-of-lights or can be purchased in person at the APL shelter office. All proceeds will benefit the non-profit organization’s sick, injured, abused or abandoned cats and dogs.
