Art in Motion

A fusion of art-inspired music and contemporary dance featuring Springfield Youth Performance Group dancers with choreography by several SYPG alumnae who are pursuing careers in dance, theater and art. SYPG preparatory members and community dancers will also be highlighted in the classic tale of Peter and the Wolf. This short ballet is performed with a narrator, and the musical work serves as an introduction to the instruments of the orchestra as well as the basis of a delightful ballet.
