Community Action Plan Open House

Over the past year, the Springfield Police Department and Mayor Misty Buscher have met with community leaders, stakeholders and organizations to discuss key issues raised during the Department of Justice Community Relations Service listening session held just weeks after the murder of Sonya Massey. These conversations led to a collaborative Action Plan and the community is invited to see the results. The public will be able to meet the community members who helped shape the plan, speak with SPD leadership and ask questions.
