Conversation on Reducing Memory Health Disparities
Molina Healthcare of Illinois is hosting a series of community workshops to support memory care patients and their caregivers in the Springfield area. The second of three workshops focuses on the “journey through the healthcare system” and will give attendees the tools to understand Alzheimer’s Disease and its symptoms, navigate the health care process, and advocate for needs. Each session will be led by a subject matter expert, and Molina will provide a healthy breakfast for attendees.
