First-Time Homebuyer Education Workshops: Part I and Part II

When: Sat., April 18, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and Sat., April 25, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. 2026

HUD-Certified Housing Counselor Bridget Finn will lead two four-hour education sessions for first-time homebuyers. Topics will include credit and budgeting, the homebuying process, mortgage lending, fair housing, and more. Participants must attend both weekend sessions to earn a certificate that many mortgage lenders require for down payment and closing cost assistance programs. Presenting sponsor is Carrollton Bank.
