First Time Homebuyer Education Workshops: Part I and Part II

When: Sat., June 20, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and Sat., June 27, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. 2026

A HUD-certified housing counselor will lead two four-hour education sessions for first-time homebuyers. Participants must attend both sessions to earn a certificate that many mortgage lenders require for down payment and closing cost assistance programs. RSVP by June 17 to BridgetF@sha1.org or call.
