Free colorectal cancer at-home screening kits available in this drive-thru pickup event. The kit contains instructions and supplies for participants to collect a stool sample. Return completed kits via a postage-paid envelope. Test results will be sent by mail in three to four weeks. Kits available while supplies last and must be returned within 10 days of pickup.
