Healthy Life, Healthy You
This event, in honor of National Diabetes Awareness Month, will offer a vendor fair from 5:30-6pm where attendees can meet local health care professionals and see hands-on demonstrations and diabetes-related products. Three guest speakers will present a culinary nutrition demonstration, a talk on eye health in diabetes and a session of gentle movement from Jax Yoga. Parking available on site; overflow at SIU Family-Medicine 504 N. Fourth St. 217-757-8153.
