Sarah Adams, curator of collections and interpretation at Edwards Place and culinary historian, will prepare a gingerbread recipe. Lincoln spoke about gingerbread during the first Lincoln-Douglas debate, and gingerbread was said to have been served at the Lincoln wedding.
