The Illinois Prairie Pastel Society is presenting its latest member show, "Lasting Impressions," through April 1 at the Springfield Art Association. On March 17, noted artist Lyn Asselta will judge the show at an artist reception which is open to the public. Asselta is a member of Pastel Society of America, as well as MP, IAPS and EP. Many of the artists will be on hand to discuss their work. Refreshments will be served at the reception. 217-544-2787
