Open House, Community Resource Fair and Milkweed Giveaway

When: Sat., May 11, 9-11 a.m. 2024

Tour the garden and engage with a variety of community partners. Event includes free lead soil testing by IDPH, a produce giveaway by BCBSIL, free trees and shrubs from the UFC, a pop-up Lincoln Library, wellness checks by SIU, children's games and more. Also, milkweed will be given away on behalf of the Springfield Park District as well as seeds collected by the garden for redistribution.
