Poetry Micro-Workshop and Book Signing

Lincoln Land Community College will host award-winning poet brittny ray crowell for a micro-workshop, reading and book signing in the lower level of The Learning Center. As part of her visit, she will read works from Cord Swell, her first full-length poetry collection that contains poems and stories through the lives of three generations of Black women. Crowell is an assistant professor of English at Clark Atlanta University and recipient of the Inprint Donald Barthelme Prize in Poetry and the Lucy Terry Prince Prize.
