"Spare Time: The Life & Work of Karen Shiman" opening reception
This exhibit presents a selection of works from a lifetime of quiet, dedicated creation. Though she never exhibited or sold her work, reef builder Karen Shiman produced more than 2,000 pieces over decades - painting, sculpting and drawing with discipline and purpose. Consider not only what she made, but how she lived. On display April 7–23. Half of all print sales will be donated to the DAAC.
