Stone Soup Hike

Soup’s on! Meet at the shelter just inside the entrance to Lincoln Memorial Garden for an easy two-mile walk over woodchipped paths. The liquid/soup base will be provided by the Sangamon Valley Sierra Club. Participants bring an ingredient to be placed in the soup (vegetable, grain, bean, etc.) and their own eating utensils and bowl. Dress for the weather. Attendees will walk and then eat. RSVP on the Facebook event page. Site is accessible. No dogs allowed. Nature Center is closed – PortaPotty in the parking lot.
