Tom Irwin's Sangamon Songs: A Musical Play

This folk/Americana musical written by singer-songwriter Tom Irwin and adapted by John W. Arden is based on an 1893 diary written by farm boy Harry Glen Ludlam while he lived on what now is the Irwin Family Farm. Show features Irwin as narrator and playing acoustic guitar, John Gifford Irwin as Harry singing and reading the journal, and Owen Irwin on acoustic lead guitar. Tickets are available at ticketleap.events or at door. Dinner (5pm) and the show Saturday (6:30pm) is $50. $25 just to see the shows both days.
