The governor and first lady will be in costume to greet and give children a bag of candy. Plus, kiddos can explore a Springfield Fire Department engine, enjoy crafts from the Illinois State Museum and trunk-or-treat with Central Baptist Church - all in one place. The annual pumpkin display will be in view as well.
