Central Counties Health Centers is a 501(c)3 non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center. Funds raised go to support the primary medical, dental and behavioral health services provided to 18,000+ uninsured, under-insured and homeless adults and children in and around Springfield, IL. The Turkey Trot fundraiser registration opens at 7:00 am, and the event begins at 9:00 am. THIS EVENT IS UNTIMED.
