Winter Forest Therapy

Forest therapy is a practice of deepening a sense of connection with nature through a slow wander through nature. These forest therapy sessions are led by Cassandra Claman, a certified guide, whose role is to open possible natural connections by offering invitations that help develop a more sensory and embodied relationship with the surrounding nature and forest. This experience has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression and help people slow down from their hectic lives.
